Wisp is the name of an artist which came up while listening to artists "similiar" to Aphex Twin on Last.fm. So far I have only listened to that one song, but lots of his releases on netlabel are available as free downloads here. Wisp has been signed to Rephlex, the label owned by Aphex Twin. Give it a try !
