Er hat keine Agenda und keinen Feind, und vielleicht hat er deshalb in Deutschland auch keine Freunde. „Die Grautöne, die meinen Film interessant machen, werden hier als Unentschlossenheit ausgelegt”, sagt Tucker, „ich will, daß auch Leute meinen Film sehen, die für den Krieg sind. Aber hier ist ja sogar die CSU dagegen.” Dabei ist Tucker, der sich, wenn er es auf den Begriff bringen muß, als „leftwing” bezeichnet, von den Positionen Moores gar nicht so weit entfernt; er glaubt nur nicht an dessen Methoden: „Wenn man einen Soldaten fragt, welche Musik er hört, wenn er Menschen tötet, dann antwortet er natürlich etwas Dummes”, sagt Tucker." Brutum Fulmen is an experimental noise project producing mainly studio recordings. The main method of working is first to digitally record found sounds, sounds extract from non-musical objects, field recordings, and electronic feedback. These are then manipulated and arranged into finished pieces on computer.
For the infrequent live show, we do not employ samplers, computers, or pre-recorded backing tapes -- the sounds are created on the spot. Live "instruments" have been mic'd metal objects, electronic feedback setups, and misused tape decks.

Since suprnova.org is down, I am still lookig for another good bittorrent webpage. I came acros isohunt and lately torrentspy, isohunt seems to be a pure search engine, while torrentspy is a regular tracker.
I am using the official bit torrent client, I also gave the azerus client a try, but any client besides the official one is using to much of my computers performance.

China Tom Miéville (born September 6, 1972) is a British writer of fantastic fiction. He is fond of describing his work as "weird fiction" (after early 20th century pulp and horror writers such as H.P. Lovecraft), and belongs to a loose group of writers who consciously attempt to move the fantasy genre away from the realms of Tolkienesque cliché.
Miéville was born in London, England, where he currently lives. When he was eighteen, he lived and taught English in Egypt, where he developed an interest in Arab culture and Middle Eastern politics. Miéville has a B.A. in social anthropology from Cambridge and a master's with distinction and PhD from the London School of Economics. He has also held a Frank Knox fellowship at Harvard.
He stood unsuccessfully for the British House of Commons in the 2001 General Election as a candidate for the Socialist Alliance. He is a member of the British Socialist Workers Party, and his left-wing politics colour his writing (they are particularly evident in Iron Council, his fourth novel).
His first novel, King Rat, was nominated for both an International Horror Guild and Bram Stoker awards. Perdido Street Station won the Arthur C. Clarke Award and was nominated for the Hugo, Nebula and World Fantasy awards. His third, The Scar, has been nominated for the 2003 Arthur C. Clarke and World Fantasy awards.

Under Byen is an eight piece band that mix the gentle with the raw. Reigning from Denmark's second-largest city, Århus, they produce their own unorthodox interpretation of rock music.
Their qualities especially become evident at their spellbinding live shows where they create a symbiosis between elven fairytale fragility and massive rock energy. Sometimes soft as the wind, other times sharp as a rock. The intimate versus the extrovert. It is in this space that their musical magic emerges. Under Byen seem most at ease walking on thin ice - believing that their talent will keep them above water. And it does.
Under Byen (which is Danish for "Below The City") don't use guitars. Instead their soundscape is dominated by piano, cello, violin, electrically distorted saw, organ, drums and percussion - to great effect. A somewhat different vein of rock (or pop) spiced up with jazzy, folky and classical elements. This is a band to be heard, simply because they defy satisfactory explanation. More info

The most obvious characteristic that separates Efterklang from these other artists is their extensive use of vocals to augment their spacious orchestral sound. The band regularly alternates between male and female lead vocals, and on many tracks it also employs a full Greenlandic choir. In addition, the band's roster now includes the trumpeter Kristina Schjelde, as well as Hildur Arsaelsdottir and Edda Run Olafsdottir from Iceland's Amina string quartet, who have also performed with Sigur Ros.
